Raw and cooked shrimp stored next to raw chicken. CA: Items were stored per cook temperature. There was a food chart stored on the side of the cooler.

Macaroni and cheese at 131 degrees F, and fried chicken at 132 degrees F in the Hot Box. CA: Items were reheated. PIC stated that the items were cooked today and were being prepped/combined in other food items.
