Inspector notes: Observed cream cheese filling at 45 degrees within the reach-in cooler. All TCS foods must be held cold at 41 degrees or lower. PIC was advised to ensure the maintenance of the reach in cooler was in order. Will return for a follow-up in regards to this violation.
