Inspector notes: Observed lavender buds and vegetable oil out of its original container in unlabeled containers. (d) Food Storage Containers, Identified with Common Name of Food. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Person in charge labeled the food containers.

Inspector notes: Observed no food allergens notification posted for customers.3. The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. Provided allergen template to person in charge.

Inspector notes: Observed no inspection report posted in the drive thru area. 2. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. Post today's inspection report inside and drive thru area.

Inspector notes: Observed an open gallon of 2% milk that expired yesterday. Milk and other TCS foods with a manufacturer's expiration date must be used by the expiration date. The milk was discarded.

Inspector notes: The Certified Food Safety Manager listed at this facility is also the CFSM at another facility. Each facility must have a certified food safety manager employed. Ownership must identify or hire a Certified Food Safety Manager immediately.

Inspector notes: Observed cream cheese filling at 45 degrees within the reach-in cooler. All TCS foods must be held cold at 41 degrees or lower. PIC was advised to ensure the maintenance of the reach in cooler was in order. Will return for a follow-up in regards to this violation.
