Inspector notes: Observed peroxide sanitizer being utilized as the sanitizer for the tables. Upon looking at the manufacturer's label the product is only approved for uses on Non-food contact surfaces. CA: Poisonous or toxic material shall be used according to manufacturer's use directions included in labeling, and, for a pesticide, manufacturer's label instructions that state that use is allowed in a food service establishment. COS: They will switch to using the quat sanitizer that i also available in the facility.
