Inspector notes: Observed multiple items (diced cucumbers, ham, turkey, chicken) in the reach in cooler with no date marking. Upon conversation with PIC the items were prepped the day before yesterday". COS: PIC took all the items inside of the reach in cooler that were missing a date and applied one. CA: Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed

Inspector notes: Observed multiple reach-in coolers did not have a thermometer provided. CA: Refrigerated shall have a temperature measuring device shall be located to measure the air temperature in the warmest part of a mechanically refrigerated unit.

Inspector notes: Observed front door to the establishment was open. Per conversation with the PIC the self closing latch is broken and they have been unable to fix it properly. PIC states that someone will be coming this weekend to fix the door. Until then the store manager agrees to make a effort to consistently close the door when they observe it is open. CA: Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents with self closing, tight fitting doors.
