PIC removed eggs and onions from the floor and stored them on shelves.

Inspector notes: Observed chlorine sanitizer below 50 ppm in the sanitizer bucket in the main kitchen area. CA: Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. PIC had employee to more sanitizer to the sanitizer bucket in the main kitchen area. I used a chlorine sanitizer test strip to test the sanitizer which was at 50 ppm at that time.

COS PIC moved ice scoop to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
