Inspector notes: Observed gasket for walk-in cooler door torn/in disrepair. Hood filters are not tight-fitting and firmly held in place - leaving open spaces. Observed hood filters installed horizontally, rather than vertically. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Corrective Actions: PIC stated gasket will be replaced and hood filters will be repaired and repositioned.
