Inspector notes: -Observed Quat Sanitizer bucket stored on top of the dessert reach in cooler in the cook line of the reach kitchen directly next to container naan flat bread wedges. -Observed Quat Sanitizer bucket stored directly next to containers of Lemon basting sauce on the cook line on shelf directly underneath steam table containing sautéed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, etc. Storage of chemicals were noted on previous inspection. *COS, Sanitizers were stored to prevent contamination by PIC upon request.
