Inspector notes: -Observed facility in need of general cleaning underneath cook line (Accumulations of grease and debris), inside milkshake mug freezer (old milkshake debris, sprinkles, etc.), inside empty pull drawers (containing old food debris), inside the fry reach in freezer etc. Was noted previous inspection. CA: All food/nonfood contact surfaces must be cleaned regularly to prevent accumulations. *CTM, Conduct general cleaning of listed areas and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
