Inspector notes: Observed front service and back storage kitchen hand sinks without paper towels at the time of this inspection. COS: PIC took extra paper towels from the bathroom and placed them at the hand washing sinks until more paper towels can be obtained. CA: Ensure that all hand sinks are properly stocked to ensure proper handwashing takes place in between tasks and when necessary.
