Inspector notes: Observed raw oysters prepped with grapes stored beside pan on same prep table and vegetable prep at the same time as oyster shucking on the same prep table, pan of raw oysters placed on top of container of chips and onions stored touching cooler that oysters are stored in in walk in cooler. CA: Discussed keeping raw oysters during storage and prepping/shucking and vegetables/grapes should be stored or prepped during separate times and prep table must be sanitized between use pic. COS: pic moved vegetable prepping to separate prep table, and grapes were moved to walk in cooler storage with produce.
