Inspector notes: EHS observed the facility did not have a CFSM posted for public viewing. EHS questioned PIC about it and she stated that it was in a frame and it fell and broke and have yet to replace it. She did show a copy of it on her phone. CA-PIC needs to make sure that the CFSM is always posted for public viewing.

14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Inspector notes: EHS observed facility storing boxes of cups and to go boxes directly on the floor. EHS informed PIC to make sure that items are not being stored directly on the floor and that it needs to be 6 inches off the floor. PIC stated that they did remove items off the floor and stored them atleast 6 inches off the floor.

Inspector notes: EHS observed the reach in cooler by the cash register had food debris present inside of the unit and stains. Also the reach in cooler by the grill was he same it was in need of a cleaning. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are routinely cleaning units to reduce build up and stains from appearing.

Inspector notes: EHS observed the area by the fryer and hot holding station there was food debris present all around the area such as the table where they bag the food, in between the hot holding past through area. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are routinely wiping down that station to reduce any possible contamination and make sure that area is always being cleaned.

Inspector notes: EHS observed multiple of personal jackets being hung up on a rack where items are being used in the facility and the jacket was right next to a container of bread. CA-PIC needs to make sure that they create a designated area for employees belongings and make sure that it is separated from the items that they use for the public.
