A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; 3. A heated-air hand drying device; or 4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures Discussed with PIC to always have back-ups in base or other mobile so paper towels never run out. PIC did not have any back-up paper towels day of inspection.

Informed PIC to seal or replace wood/carpet and flooring to cover up or remove any unapproved materials.

CA: Materials that are used in the construction of a mobile water tank, mobile food service unit water tank, and appurtenances shall be: 1. Safe; 2. Discussed with PIC to removed any absorbent materials inside the outlets or vents of water tanks.
