Inspector notes: French Dip Au Jus, was observed at 91 degrees Fahrenheit at time of inspection. Was about to serve some with a sandwich that was ordered. CA: Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for safety. COS: Food employee stopped and reheated the Au Jus in the microwave to 165F before serving.
