Inspector notes: Food debris, grease accumulation and dirt buildup was observed on the floor underneath the stove, fryer and 3-compartment sink. The vent on the ceiling inside the kitchen was observed hanging and not in place. The ceiling tile near the back door was observed missing. Several countertop tiles were observed missing on the front prep line near the hand sink. CA Physical facilities must be maintained and in good repair.
