Inspector notes: Observed bar soda gun nozzle with a presence of built-up debris. Observed prep-top cutting boards with heavy staining and scoring in main kitchen. Observed microwave above prep-top in main kitchen with built-up debris on interior ceiling. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch PIC will have all detailed cleaned and sanitized before correct by date indicated. If cutting board is unable to be detailed clean, a replacement will be needed. *3/23/26 UPDATE: Items were cleaned to sight and touch - excluding prep-top cutting boards (order placed for replacements). Advised to call health dept. once delivered and installed.
