Inspector notes: 4-door reach-in-cooler with temperatures higher than 41F: deli ham and turkey, pickles and lettuce. PIC moved all food items out of RIC to another RIC that is maintaining temperatures below 41F to COS. PIC stated they noticed that the RIC was having some issues this morning and has already called someone to come fix it. Do not use the 4-door reach-in-cooler until it is functioning properly and maintaining temperatures 41F or below.
