Inspector notes: Observed plunger in drain under 3 compartments sink in main kitchen and water on floor inside dish room where water had backed up into drains and were waiting for plumber to come and repair. CA: discussed sewage backing up with pic and drains had been cleared temporarily while waiting for plumber to arrive-Jazzy had agreed to close and open the Mobile Food truck with limited menu items at base location until repairs have been made and verified by health department and floors cleaned and sanitized.
