Inspector notes: Observed chlorine sanitizer in ware washing machine reading below 50ppm while being used during inspection. CA: Chlorine concentrations shall be between 50ppm and 100ppm to properly sanitize utensils and equipment. COS: The unclean utensils were placed near 3-comp sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
