Inspector notes: Observed the sandwich prep top/reach in cooler holding temperatures above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed potentially hazardous food items cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the unit. The unit must be serviced by 8/22/25. Please send a completed work order report to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov showing that the unit has been repaired by 8/22/25. All food items that were above temperature were discarded (COS). Everything else was relocated to the walk in cooler. PIC stated that he noticed the cooler had been a little high and he has called someone to put some coolant in the unit to make the temperature drop.
