Inspector notes: Observed two bottles starting Egg Yellow Shade that contained sesame oil and Mongolian sauce. Observed several containers of white pepper containing baking soda and mustard powder on the shelf in the main kitchen. None of the containers had the name of the food that was inside. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Inspector notes: Observed a tea tumbler and a water container on the prep top in the main kitchen area across from the stove. Observed a bottle of white pepper containing some type of tea leaves on the shelf mixed with other spices and the owner stated it is her personal food C/A Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
