Inspector notes: Observed the ice bucket was in bad repair. The ice bucket sitting on top of the ice machine was observed cracked at the bottom. All food contact surfaces must be properly maintained and free from cracks and breaks in order to prevent potential contamination. Observed the lid on the reach in freezer in bad repair exposing insultation. CA-PIC will repair the lid by 2/15/25

Observed wiping cloth buckets did not meet the minimum strength requirements for quaternary ammonium sanitizer. The wiping cloth buckets were observed at 100 ppm in the front of house and back of house. PIC corrected on site by remaking the wiping cloth buckets. Once the buckets were remade, the sanitizer was observed at 200 ppm.
