Inspector notes: Observed broken tiles underneath the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen. Observed ceiling tiles with water stains. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. PIC will have walls and hood cleaned.
