Inspector notes: Observed no hand soap at the designated hand washing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Pf COS: Person in charge placed hand soap at the sink.

Inspector notes: Observed food workers present with no person in charge at the food service establishment upon arrival. Rule: There must be a person in charge on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. Corrective action: The assistant manager arrived on premises at the end of the inspection.

Inspector notes: Observed spray bottle containing red liquid lacking a label of its contents. Employee stated that it was sanitizer. Rule: Working Containers, Common Name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Corrective action: Employee placed a label on the spray bottle.

Inspector notes: Observed facility lacking a three-compartment sink in the restaurant. Rule: Manual Warewashing, Sink Compartment Requirements. 1. A sink with at least three compartments shall be provided for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Pf 2. Sink compartments shall be large enough to accommodate immersion of the largest equipment and utensils. Equipment and utensils that are too large for the warewashing sink, shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized manually or cleaned through pressure spray methods. Pf Priority foundation item must be corrected within ten calendar days. A dishwashing machine may not be installed in lieu of a three-compartment sink.

Inspector notes: Observed pizza tray stored in the handwashing sink in the main kitchen area next to the drink machine. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Person in charge removed pizza tray from the handwashing sink.
