Inspector notes: Observed cooked collard greens in reach-in cooler in main kitchen without date marking. Rule: Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked. Corrective Action: PC date marked greens.

Inspector notes: Observed unlabeled white spray bottle near grill. Rule: Working containers used for storing toxic materials shall be clearly identified with the common name. Corrective action: PIC labeled bottle as oven/grill cleaner.

Inspector notes: Observed chicken liver container in large flour bin. Rule: Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused. Corrective Action: PIC disposed of container.

Inspector notes: Observed raw chicken next to the raw beef in the reach in cooler behind the prep top cooler.
