Inspector notes: Observation: Observed an open water bottle stored next to a food prep table. Corrective Action: Discussed personal drinks with the PIC - all personal drinks must be stored in a single use cup with a lid and straw. The PIC discarded the water bottle.

Inspector notes: Observation: Observed handwashing sink not being maintained so that it was accessible at all times for employee use. Observed handwashing sink with no consistent flow of running water at the beginning of the inspection. Corrective Action: Discussed ensuring that the handwashing sink is adequately supplied and accessible at all times for use. It was determined that the pipes leading to the handwashing sink and 3-compartment sink had frozen. The water pipes were then properly thawed out and the water flow to both sinks was returned. The PIC will have insulation installed on the water pipes and will monitor water flow.

Inspector notes: Observation: Observed chlorine sanitizer exceeding the maximum concentration allowed (>200 ppm) in multiple sanitizer buckets. Corrective Action: Discussed the maximum concentration of chlorine sanitizing solutions (50 ppm - 100 ppm) with the PIC. The PIC diluted the sanitizer. The sanitizer was verified at 100 ppm chlorine.
