Inspector notes: Observed the handwashing sink closest to the without paper towel in paper towel dispenser. CA: Each Hand sink must be provided with: individual, disposable towels. COS: PIC provided hand sink with paper towel.

Inspector notes: Observed one employee cutting bananas and handling food with multiple bracelets on one arm. Employee was wearing gloves. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: When PIC asked to remove jewelry before continuing to prepare food, the employee did not remove the jewelry immediately. Employee removed the jewelry thirty minutes later. Discussed with PIC that religious jewelry must be worn as a necklace if at all possible. If that is not a possibility then the employee must be restricted from preparing food. Employee may use utensils to plate food.

Inspector notes: Observed tray of utensils stored on the counter space directly in front of the of the handwashing sink next to the main kitchen, exposing them to possible splash. Sink was not used while utensils were exposed to splash. CA: cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. COS: PIC moved the utensils from in front of the handwashing sink.

Inspector notes: Observed multiple containers of plastic, single-use juice bottles stored with clean dishes. PIC stated that the bottles were used to prep new juices. CA: 1. Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused. COS: All of the plastic single-use bottles were discarded.
