Inspector notes: Observed several TCS items cold held above 41 degrees in reach in coolers. Bagel bites 46 degrees, Suasage 48 degrees. All TCS foods were found to be placed in coolers for 4 hours or more. CA: PIC discarded TCS foods. Discussed with PIC concerning overfilling containers in reach in coolers.

Inspector notes: Observed milk being cold held above 41 degrees. All TCS foods had been placed less than four hours. Milk 51 degrees. CA: PIC relocated all milk to walk in coolers. Reach in cooler had been found to be unplugged during inspection. The reach in cooler was plugged back in and monitored by PIC to confirm reach in cooler was 41 degrees before moving TCS foods back into cooler.
