Food contact surfaces of equipment must be cleaned at a rate that precludes soil accumulation. Must clean ice machine within 72 hours. COS by cleaning gun holster.

Also observed a gap around tile around pole in dish area, and low grout near 3 compartment sink. All physical facilities must be maintained in a state of good repair. Must fix.
