Inspector notes: Observed faulty door on oven in main kitchen area held shut with wire cable. Corrective action - PIC advised to make necessary repairs to oven door or replace the unit. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. 2.
