Inspector notes: Observed the hot water turned off at the handwashing sink because there is a leak. Water was reading at 77F and only getting colder the longer it was turned on. CA: Employees will use the handwashing sink by the dish machine until the handwashing sink by the prep area is repaired. The facility has until 4/17/24 to have the hot water at a minimum of 100F. Follow-up on 4/18/2024: Hot water was turned on at the handwashing sink and reading at 105F.
