Inspector notes: Observed several stored utensils (spoons, scoops, etc) with dried food and physical debris. Observed accumulation of food and physical debris on one can open mount and one tabletop can opener. CA: all utensils and equipment must be cleaned as often as necessary and protected from contamination when not is use. COS: all utensils and equipment cleaned and sanitized.

Inspector notes: Observed mold-like accumulation on the interior baffle of the ice machine. Ice is a food item. The interior of the ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized as often as necessary to prevent mold-like growth. Per Manager, ice machine was last cleaned just before Christmas break. Spoke about cleaning more frequently.

Inspector notes: Observed ready-to-us utensils stored in a drawer with dried food debris on them. Observed knives stored in a container in the dry storage room with sticky debris on them. All utensils must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized between uses and must be stored in a way that prevent contamination of the utensils. COS utensils moved to dishpit to be rewashed.
