Inspector notes: Observed past inspections reports at base (but not most recent) and no inspection reports on the mobile unit. CA: 1. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. ... 4. The most current inspection report for mobile food service units and extended food service units issued by the local Health Authority having jurisdiction for its inspections shall be prominently displayed in public view during all hours of operation. Advised PIC that the current inspection report must be displayed and, if lost or damaged, may be found and reprinted on the Georgia DPH website.

Inspector notes: Did not observe a hose for filling the potable water tank on truck. CA: g) Hose, Construction and Identification. A hose used for conveying drinking water from a water tank shall be: 1. Safe; 2.Durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent; Advised PIC that the hoses for potable water and grey/wastewater dumping should be available for inspection

Sewage shall be conveyed to the point of disposal through an approved sanitary sewage system or other system, including use of sewage transport vehicles, waste retention tanks, pumps, pipes, hoses, and connections that are constructed, maintained, and operated according to law. Advised PIC that the hoses for potable water and grey/wastewater dumping should be available for inspection
