Inspector notes: Observed cold TCS foods distinguished with an asterisk (*) held above 41F. C/A: cold time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F or below COS: items discarded. NOTE: There were 2 containers blocking the condenser of the Reach-in cooler (RIC) located directly next to the ice cream machine, EHS re-temped the RIC and got an ambient of 53F. EHS will follow to ensure unit is holding at temperature. Facility is not to store TCS foods in this unit until approval from health authority is given. PIC will also be calling a technician out to service the unit.
