Advised PIC to use the 1st compartment to presoak then properly wash, rinse, and sanitize all the dishes. Each compartment can only be used for it's purpose.

Make sure to clean nightly and scrub the nozzles to remove the debris. Nozzles were all taken down for cleaning (COS). Also, observed the lid covering the ice on the drink machine with a black mold-like debris. Lid was removed for cleaning (COS).
