CA: TCS foods must be cold held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. COS: The PIC chose to discard the food items. The foods were observed to be stored in closed containers sitting above the fill line in the cooler. Multiple reference temperatures were taken to ensure proper cooler functionality.

Provided educational handout for how to properly use a bodily fluid clean up kit. CFSM ordered multiple bodily fluid clean up kits for the facility.
