Inspector notes: Observed black build-up on the inside chute and sliding doors of the ice machine located in the main kitchen. Observed 3 metal containers with the date label attached after cleaning. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Metal pans had the sticker removed and re-washed through dishwasher with a sanitizer (chlorine) concentration of 100ppm.
