Inspector notes: Observed the microwave in need of cleaning and sanitization as the interior had accumulation of previous food built up in it. CA: Back house manager was informed to have the microwave cleaned and sanitized daily. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Food Storage Containers, Identified with Common Name of Food.
