Inspector notes: Observed bottle of "heat activated grill cleaner" stored against bag of grits and over cans of "fancy cut green beans". Per conversation with PIC grills are cleaned at night and chemicals are expected to be placed on the back shelves with the rest of the toxic chemicals. COS: PIC moved cleaner and tools used to clean the grill to the designated area for all chemicals. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles

Inspector notes: Observed no chemical sanitizer in the designated area at the 3-comp sink. Requested PIC test sanitizer. PIC informed inspector that there is no sanitizer in the store and their last truck was received yesterday (02/24/2025). Informed PIC that the store would not be able to remain open without sanitizer to clean equipment, food contact surfaces and utensils. PIC contacted District Manager (Shannon) via phone call, to inform of the discussion. COS: District Manager stopped by store and had an employee come get sanitizer. Inquired if the DM would like to speak with the inspector regarding the inspection per PIC DM states that she is not scheduled for this store.

Inspector notes: Observed multiple black bus tubs with marinated chicken stored in meat cooler without date marking. PIC unaware of when the chicken was prepared due to being off the past couple of days. CA: Food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded.
