Observed multiple sanitizer buckets at less than the minimum requirements for Sink and Surface sanitizer solution. CA: Discussed proper concentration of sanitizer solution with PIC. Per PIC, the sanitizer buckets had been filled at the 3-compartment sink and diluted with water. PIC replaced all sanitizer buckets and will educate employees. Sanitizer solution at 3-compartment sink and newly made sanitizer buckets were verified.
