Inspector notes: Observed prepped food items (2 pans of portioned shredded cheese) stored in the walk in cooler with expired dates. The cheese expired on 3/4 and 3/5. Advised manager to make sure to use a first in and first out system to discard expired food items (COS).

Inspector notes: Observed the cold water not working at the handwashing sink in the back of the kitchen. A work order was provided that showed a workorder was placed on 1/30/25. Technician Robert Quinton came to the facility on 1/30/25 and shut the cold water off. Then came back on 3/5/25 and PIC did not get an update on the sink. The handwashing sink which is located in the prep area must be fixed by Wednesday, 3/12/25 to allow employees hot and cold water to properly wash hands. An "out of order" sign was placed on the sink so the employees will know to use another sink to properly wash hands. Please email a copy of the service report to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov
