Inspector notes: Observed multiple cutting boards including the preptop cooler cutting boards stained and with gashes. Inspector notes: Observed the ambient temperature of a preptop cooler at 47 degrees F, the facility already had food on ice on the top. The thermometer inside the cooler was reading at 10 degrees F.
