COS: Bucket was removed from service until it could be properly cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all food contact surfaces are maintained clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that a staff member entered the back kitchen area used a garden hose and touched a dirty fan and then went to engage in food prep without washing his hands. COS: Glynn EH instructed staff member to wash his hands before returning to food prep. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all staff understand that after anything happens that contaminates gloves/hands they must properly wash their hands before engaging in food prep even when using clean utensils.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the bowls being used to transport and sauce wings displayed significant black buildup underneath the lids indicating that they were not being properly washed and sanitized at least every 4 hrs. COS: Glynn Eh instructed staff to have all bowls washed/sanitized and staff began the process. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all staff members understand that equipment that is used with TCS food items must be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hrs if not sooner whenever it is necessary.
