Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility was not in possession of a chlorine bleach that is rated to kill norovirus. CA: Glynn EH showed management multiple types of bleach that is rated to kill norovirus. Management stated that they would acquire a correct form of bleach ASAP.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had an ice bucket that displayed old black residue in the bottom of it. COS: Bucket was removed from service until it could be properly cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all food contact surfaces are maintained clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.
