Inspector notes: Observed TCS foods stored in prep top coolers in the main kitchen and front food service area above 41 degrees internal temperatures. CA PIC voluntarily discarded affected foods during inspection. Instructed PIC to have maintenance look at the prep top coolers so they can maintain 41 degrees or below and to have routine temperature checks for them.
