See temperature log for said items. Discussed with PIC Richard. He stated they are not using TPHC and I suggested they did. COS: Richard discarded the eggs.

Inspector notes: Observed soiled floors throughout kitchen area, dining area, and back area by WIC. Ceiling tile are still in the process of getting replaced. Will have floors cleaned within three to five days.
