Inspector notes: Violation observed at the base of operation and not on the unit itself. Observed two working containers, spray bottles, with chemical solution stored in it and not labeled with its common name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. PIC had food employees label spray bottles with their common name.
