Inspector notes: Observed two working containers, spray bottles, with chemical solutions stored in them and not labeled with their common name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. PIC had food employee label spray bottles with their common name.

Inspector notes: Observed facility without test strips to measure concentration of sanitizing solution. Rule: Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices.
