Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. At prep area, slicer has encrusted food debris. In walk-in cooler, interior of dough box has build up of black residue. In walk-in cooler, inverted pan used as rack for bottle drinks has build up of residue.

Intermediate - Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. At back kitchen, handwash sink has 2 small streams of water when both hot and cold are turned on.
