Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. At cook line on prep table, multiple utensils in standing water at 73f. Operator removed utensils from standing water. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At cook line, exterior of flour container has build up of food residue. At cook line in reach-in cooler, exterior of multiple food containers soiled with food residue. At cook line, exterior of toaster oven soiled with food residue.
