Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. There is a buildup of food debris on top of the dishwasher.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. There is a bowl inside a pan of cooked pasta in the reach in cooler next to the stove. Operator removed the bowl.

Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. There is a unsecured carbon dioxide tank in the service area at the back of the kitchen.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. There is a buildup of ice in the walk in freezer around and under the blower housing.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.there is a buildup of grease on the hood filters.

Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Numerous employees have not signed their employee health reporting agreement.

Intermediate - Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. There are numerous employees with no proof of training.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Both the hot and cold water are shut off at the hand washing sink in the dishwashing area.
