Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed back door with a gap at bottom of door.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets soiled at drink reach in cooler near front counter and walk in cooler fan covers soiled with dust.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler gaskets torn at pizza prep area.

High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 2 pizza sauce cans dented on a wheeled cart in the prep area nearby the three compartment sink. Operator discarded.
